At Michael Kors Pre-Loved, we want you to be satisfied with your unique find; however, due to the circular nature of our marketplace, items are only eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if they remain in their original received condition. Please note that certain final sale items and authenticated luxury accessories may be subject to specific return restrictions.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Michael Kors Pre-Loved account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards included in the shipment are present.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 3 business days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the item's condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a nominal restocking fee.
